Stone Forest of Five Tigers Chasing after Six Sheep
Situated in Dingjiatai Village, Luota Township, the Stone Forest covers an area of about 2.5km2. While it is concentrated besides flat gullies, it is sparsely distributed on slopes. It is generally higher than 15m, and can reach 30m high, with a diameter of more than 20m. As it is shaped like five tigers chasing after six sheep, it is called the Stone Forest of Five Tigers Chasing after Six Sheep. The stone forests are of different shapes, such as people, objects, sword, etc. (Photo 4-87).
