Liusha Waterfall
Situated at the source of Jiulong Stream, Dehang Grand Canyon, Liusha (literally meaning Flowing Yarn) Waterfall has a drop of 216m and an overflow width of 10-15m. The waterfall pours from the edge of Dongmaku Karst Platform, looking like a light yarn in the air, hence it is named “Flowing Yarn”. Below the waterfall are collapsed rocks and pools, with a depth of no more than 3m. In wet season, the waterfall roars into the deep pool from steep cliffs with great momentum, which is shrouded in mists and cloud, and looks very majestic (Photo 4-68).
